RETURNS WITH PLUS SIZE BRAS ARE SIMPLE
At Plus Size Bras's, we understand that finding the perfect bra or bathing suit can take a little trial and error, hence, Plus SIze Bras has a no question ask long period '30 Days Easy Return Policy' and this policy allow you to return an item within 30 days of purchase, to receive a gift card-store credit of value equivalent to the purchase price to re-order with a different size or style. This include change of mind return*.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
We have a wide range of sizes and products for you to reselect for a replacement. You can contact our friendly bra fitter to assist with sizing or product suggestion if you are not sure how to work out a replacement size. Simply contact us by email or phone.. We will try our best to help you to get the right fit or style to suit you.
RETURN CONDITION-REQUIREMENT
Return must be in original packaging and condition, with original tag on. Please return with a completed return form. Return must not be worn (to try on is ok), must not been washed or used in anyway, must not have odour or deodorant perfume or powder or hair(human or pets), with hygiene stick if comes with. We care for our customer health and hygienic and to comply with the Australia hygienic laws and regulations, all the return must meet this standard to be accepted. Any return without meeting the abobve hygienic standard will be returned. However over 10 years of trading, there is only a 1-2% of return have not meet this standard.

- Your return parcel should include 1.) Return garment that meet our return standard(as above mentioned) 2.) A completed return form & 3.) The original invoice/packing slip.

Plus Size Bras c/o Wilson Center, 585 Burwood Hwy, Knoxfield, Victoria 3180 - Please allow up to 4-7 days after the arrived status for your return to be processed.
- Upon receipt and inspect your store credit will be issued and you will receive an email notification. You can use this store credit code to place your exchange order online.
- If you live locally and would like to drop off your return parcel, you can do so at this locaton, attention "Plus Size Bras Return".
- You can return most items for a store credit within 30 days of receiving your original order, which includes all our full price items, 1%-39% discounted products, products with promotions discount(eg buy 2 get 1 free) or bundle discounted(eg buy 3 get 20% off). However with the promotions and bundle discounted product you will need to return all of the qty. No partial return for any bundle or value packs.
- * Mark down over 40% are considered final sale and clearance which are non-returnable.
- Items shipped directly from our vendors will be issued store credit less original postage.
- If you just want a straight swap to a different size, you can put in a self-addressed post satchel and let us know what size you want to swap to, and we will do the rest when we recieved your return parcel.
- If you want to return swimwear you must try on over your own (full) briefs and the hygiene sticker must be attached and intacted.
- Do not wear perfume, powder or deodorant while trying on items, as they may stain the undergarment. Any items returned with traces of the above may be rejected upon receipt.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed securely and can't get damaged in transit
- Your returns must include the completed returns form, an invoice for the items and all original packaging (and tags attached)

- Accessories (including silicone bras)
- Briefs, underwear
- Footwear
STORE CREDIT:
- You can use your Store Credit within a full 12 months period
- Store credit can be used on any item in the store, including sales items
