DISPATCH

• All orders to AU & NZ are shipped via Australia Post E-Parcel. A tracking will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped and it usualy take 1-3 business days.
• With items that are shipped directly from our vendors, it usually take 1-3 days to ship, and they will arrive separately if ordered with other items. Tracking information will be emailed to you.  
• Saturday & Sunday orders will be shipped on the coming week.
• We endeavourer to make sure that all products listed on our website are in stock. If an item you order is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or a refund.

• If you spend less then $100, regular shipping rate at $8.50 Australia, $11.50 for NZ, express shipping rate at $12.50 for Australia, $19.50 for NZ.

• To Australia, regular post est. 3-10 day, express post est. 1-3 days cbd, remote area est. 3-5 days
• To New Zealand, regular post est. 7-14 day, express post est. 3-6 days
